DumbphonesIndia Returns, Refund & Warranty Policy
Highlights:
DumbphonesIndia offers a 7-day replacement policy (with the same product), applicable only if the item has a genuine manufacturing defect.
Customers must return the product to DumbphonesIndia, Mumbai in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories.
Free returns (replacement with the same item) are available for most products* except perishable or media items, provided other conditions are met.
Free pickup is possible in designated zones within India. International customers must bear the return shipping costs.
Imported items or products labeled as “Imported” on our site may not carry warranty in India. Local service centers may deny support, though we may offer paid service assistance.
Eligible items can be returned (replacement with the same item) within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, physically damaged, or missing parts/accessories.
Return Eligibility Requirements:
Product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Product must include all original packaging and components.
Return will only be processed if:
Product wasn’t damaged during customer possession.
Product matches what was originally shipped.
All brand/manufacturer’s packaging and documentation are intact.
Return Terms:
Ensure personal data is removed from devices before return. DumbphonesIndia is not responsible for misuse of personal data.
Replacement is done by the brand after the customer files a formal complaint with the brand and receives approval.
Items not eligible for return include incorrect model/color ordered by customer or items marked “non-returnable.”
Replacement is possible only if the seller has stock of the exact product. If not, a refund may be issued.
Warranty/service support for some items like drones, robots, and imported products is limited or unavailable in India.
Non-returnable Items Include:
Perishables (e.g., food), media, newspapers/magazines.
Intimate/sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable items.
Gift cards, downloadable software, health/personal care products.
Returns Process:
Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Do not return items to the manufacturer. Ship to DumbphonesIndia’s warehouse with invoice.
Partial Refunds May Apply If:
Items show signs of use.
Media/software is opened.
Product is damaged or incomplete for reasons not due to DumbphonesIndia’s error.
Return request is raised after 30 days from delivery.
Refunds:
Once received and inspected, refund status will be communicated via email.
If approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within a few days.
Delayed Refunds:
First check your bank account.
Then contact your card issuer.

Sale Items:
Refund will be based on purchase amount, not listed website price.
Sale items may require self-shipping and may not qualify for free returns.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are possible only for defective/damaged items.
Contact us via email to initiate an exchange for the same item.
Gifts:
If marked as a gift, return credit will be issued as a gift certificate.
If purchased by someone else and delivered to you, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
