- A continuous, unedited, and uninterrupted unboxing video, which must commence before the package seal is broken and clearly display the unboxing process and the product(s) contained therein.
- The product is returned in its original and unused condition, accompanied by all original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and any bundled items or promotional materials.
- The product is returned in its original packaging, including all protective materials, to prevent damage during return transit.
- The Company reserves the absolute right to reject any claim for refund, return, or replacement if the Customer fails to comply with any of the conditions stipulated in this Policy or the Shipping Policy.
3. RETURN, REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY: WITHIN SEVEN
(7) DAYS OF DELIVERY

4. REPLACEMENT POLICY: POST SEVEN (7) DAYS OF DELIVERY
- After the expiry of the initial seven (7) day period but before the expiry of a
(15) day period , the Company shall only consider requests for replacement/exchange of product in cases of genuine and verifiable technical or manufacturing defects that are not attributable to customer misuse, negligence, or physical damage.

Any damages to the product arising during the process of re-shipping are to be borne by the customer wholly and solely. 4.3. If the technical issue is verified and deemed to be a manufacturing defect, the Company, at its sole discretion, may elect to: (a) Repair the product and return it to the Customer; (b) Provide a replacement unit.
4.4. The replacement/ exchange, if approved, shall be processed only after the product has been received and the technical verification process is completed by the Company’s team.
5. REFUND PROCESS AND TIMELINES

7. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

(b) Damage caused by liquid spillage, exposure to extreme temperatures, accidental drops, or any other form of physical abuse. (c) Issues arising from normal wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections that do not impact the functionality of the product. 17. USER’S RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCURATE INFORMATION:-

- Please promptly update your personal information through your account settings or by contacting our Grievance Officer if there are any changes. Dumbphones India shall not be liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
18. SEVERABILITY:-
15.1. If any provision of this Privacy Policy is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from this Policy, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. NO WAIVER:-
16.1. No failure or delay by Dumbphones India in exercising any right, power, or privilege under this Privacy Policy shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise thereof preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, power, or privilege.
