Order Confirmation
Once you place an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Our team will contact you by phone to confirm your order. To complete the confirmation, you’ll need to pay the shipping charges in advance. The remaining balance can be paid upon delivery.

Prepaid Orders: If you choose prepaid payment, shipping is completely free.

Order Processing
Orders placed before 5:00 PM are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be dispatched the next business day. Please note, orders placed on Saturday evening will be dispatched on Monday, as the courier office remains closed on Sundays.

Shipping Methods
We ship Cash on Delivery (COD) orders exclusively through Delhivery.
For Prepaid orders, we use various courier partners depending on the customer’s location to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order is packed and confirmed, we will share a picture of the parcel along with the tracking number and website link so you can track your shipment.

Your order will be delivered anywhere in India within a maximum of 7 days.
